• A:Answer Hi Tilly, Yes! Video files can be transferred onto your phone gallery. In the mobile app, filter through the different recording folders, select a file and download it. After, go to your "downloads" folder and export the video file. Once the process is complete, the file should appear in your phone gallery. By hardwiring the dash cam, the vehicle can maintain power even when your vehicle's engine is turned off to support parking mode surveillance.
