A:AnswerHi Harris,
The X350 does support parking surveillance mode. You will have to purchase the additional accessory, TW-SH, and hardwire the unit to your vehicle's fuse box. This will allow the dash cam to record when your vehicle's engine is turned off. Please note that we strongly recommend professional installation when it comes to the hardwiring process.
Kind regards,

A:AnswerHi Tilly,
Yes! Video files can be transferred onto your phone gallery. In the mobile app, filter through the different recording folders, select a file and download it. After, go to your "downloads" folder and export the video file. Once the process is complete, the file should appear in your phone gallery. Please contact us directly by email (support@thinkware.com) or phone (1-844-865-9273) if you have other questions.

A:AnswerHi Jay,
If you are interested in hardwiring your dash cam, you may purchase the additional hardwiring cable (TW-SH) to do so. By hardwiring the dash cam, the vehicle can maintain power even when your vehicle's engine is turned off to support parking mode surveillance. Please note that our dash cam are not battery-operated and instead uses a super capacitor that must be connected to a power source to operate.
Please contact our customer support department by email (support@thinkware.com) or phone (1-844-865-9273) if you have any more questions.
