“Can this vacuum be used on laminate flooring or will the floor be scratched?”

• There should be no negative consequences for any laminate floor in normal use - the Tineco moves smoothly over floors. There are small rollers or wheels to lift the floor attachment slightly and enhance movement. The Tineco is built with floor use in mind, and in that regard it is more robust than the Dyson I used prior to finding this vacuum, which I feel suits my needs much better. There is little effort needed to glide the device over surfaces and little opportunity to scratch a floor.

• I use this on my Pergo floors and it's not a problem.

• This vacuum will work just fine on your laminate flooring. I use it on my hard wood and it does a great job. The bristles are very soft.
