• There's no mention of Bluetooth support on TiVo's site. I'm not clear on how you'd use Bluetooth with it. The remote is RF and IR, though, so you don't need line of sight with it, if that's what you're thinking. Sending video over BT would be unwatchable due to the performance of Bluetooth.

• You don't use bluetooth to connect to tv, you use a HDMI cable like most other devices these days. The bolt can connect to your internet with a wired Cat5 cable or use your wireless but preferred is wired for best streaming performance.
