• No. The Tivo Edge only records OTA programming. You can stream Netflix, but you can't record it.

• It hooks up with those apps, but doesn’t record from streaming apps. If you hook it up to a digital antenna, it will record local programming, and you can fast forward the commercials when you watch the recordings later
