• No. Netflix is $7.99 per month and is a separate charge as it is a different company. If you want HD service it's $8.99

• No. You have to subscribe to Netflix them add it to your Tivo viewing options.

• You must pay Netflix their fee. TiVo provides programming guide for their fee.
