Not sure what your intentions here are... The short answer is yes, but Both are stand alone media consumption devices with different capabilities. I have a romio ota with a fire stick, Google TV and Chromecast in one room and a tivo mini, fire tv and Chromecast in another. Each has its own benefit and flaws.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I was using a Roku 3 and TiVo Roamio OTA on the same TV in the same room and decided to move my Roku 3 to my basement TV, since the TiVo Roamio OTA already includes some of the online/on-demand channels supported by the Roku 3 -- most notably: Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Hulu Plus, and Pandora. You'll need to ensure both devices can access your network either wirelessly, or via hard-wired network cables. I currently have 2 Roku devices in my household connected to different TVs in different rooms, and the TiVo Roamio OTA connected to a third TV in a different room. All good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, as long as both the Tivo and Roku have an internet connection.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes - The ROKU is one of a few good streaming devices that can connect using RCA or HDMI. We use Apple TV on the TV we use the OTA on but hope to add a TiVo Mini so that we can view recordings on our Roamio OTA Recorder in another room.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as you can hard-wire the TiVo to your internet.
