Hi, The TomTom Multi-Sport will allow you to track different metrics of your selected activities based on the GPS. The watch supports different activities such as run, swim, cycle and treadmill. For these activities, depending on the training program you select, you will be able to track different metrics such as current pace, average pace, distance, lap time etc. These metrics are calculated based on the GPS. You will afterwards be able to review your activity in MySports. I hope this answered your question.
