The quick answer is no, but there is a workaround. You put the watch into "Gym" mode and it will track your HR all night. I do this every so often since I have pretty much perfect heart health on other measures (resting HR, HRV, etc.) and don't need overnight monitoring.

If you wear your watch while you're sleeping, you can view your heart rate at night by going on MySports, selecting progress, selecting activity tracking, selecting heart rate at the bottom, and then selecting the day you wish to view your heart rate.
