- Answer Hello Rodrigo, yes you can use this watch to track your distance while swimming. The feature works by recording the absence of arm movement each time you push off from the wall after each length in a swimming pool, which means that it should not be used for Open Water swimming.

- Answer Hi Brenda! This is not yet a feature on the watch. The watch will sync with your phone but only so you can see your full activity report on it. We are hoping to get this incorporated to our watches soon. For now only our Touch has the ability to notify you of incoming messages and calls. - Answer No it is not a smart watch. It is an exercise watch with gps features that counts steps. Laps pace elevation. Etc

QuestionCan you listen to audio books on this watch? More importantly will the watch remember your position in the book on your next session and pickup the next audio files in alpha order? Also, if you get the Spark without HR can you use a Polar H7 strap?

- Answer Hi Friscomark. You can store audio books on the watch however the watch will not remember your position in the book. The Spark watch is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity so you can connect to external heart rate monitors like the Polar H7 strap.

QuestionIs Tom Tom - Spark Music GPS Fitness Watch compatible with Nike running app?I'm a Nike running app user with a lot of data stored in my user, since I'm planning to get this Tom Tom - Spark Music GPS Fitness Watch, I want to be sure I will able to sync it with Nike Running app, to keep adding my runs, once I'm using this watch? I don't want to keep using my iPhone while running if I get this watch.

- Answer Hi umkaurk, This watch does not feature Heart Rate monitoring. If you wish to do this, you will need to purchase an external heart rate monitor. What might suit you best is the Spark Cardio - this has a HR monitor built into the watch. Cheers! - Cameron at TomTom

- Answer You’re in just the right place, Rodrigo! We’ve got all the handy tips and advice at your disposal. Now I understand you’d like to use one of our sports watches for swimming. You’re in luck as nearly all of our watches are able to do this. You can purchase the Runner 2, Spark, Runner 3, Spark 3 or the Multisport watch. The only ones you can’t use for swimming is the Runner and our fitness band:TOUCH. Now in terms of finding the cheapest watch, generally speaking the oldest generation retail a little cheaper, so in that case you’d want the first gen which is the Multisport. The next gen is the Spark / Runner 2 and then the third gen is Spark 3/ Runner 3. The prices should increase accordingly.
