“Does this unit have a powered cradle/mount? In other words, if I remove the GPS, does the power cord remain connected to the mount?”

• I don't know if it has a powered cradle/mount or not. My power cord remains attached on the back side of my TomTom screen, but I leave my window-mount on as the window mount powerfully holds the GPS device in place securely and easily on the inside of my windshield - not like my previous GPS that never stuck to anything. Yea TomTom!
