• Check the tomtom website to see if they have maps for central America it might Coss to buy the maps for that region if you do decide to use it there

• Hello Frank, this TomTom is supplied with a North America map but can have additional maps added to it after purchase. Adding a Central America map to it would allow it to be used there.
