• You plug it into a power source. Whether it be your car or an outlet. However idk if you have to charge it for a d few hours before using because mines seems to always be dead. I always have it plugged in the car. I'm going to look into THAT actually.

• you cannot. this device runs out of power and it is done, after that you need to buy a new one. seems weird, but there you have it.
