“Can the mount be removed completely?”

• The mount is made to stay put once you install it. I'm sure it can be removed completely with the right tools and materials, but don't plan on reusing it once you remove it. My guess is that the adhesive will be ruined. I watched a YouTube video where a woman installed the mount on her windshield and then decided she didn't want it there, so she had to buy a different mount setup. It worked, but it wasn't as space-efficient as the original mount. Just make sure that the location of the mount is the right location for you before installing it.

• Hello Tarrah, yes the mount can be completely removed from the back of the TomTom. It is attached by a Ball and Socket joint. The ball has a groove in it which when aligned with the sides of the socket allows the ball to be levered out of the socket.
