Does it come with mounting and charging system null

Yes, it comes with a cable that goes into the cigarette lighter opening. The mounting is via a non-detachable suction cup that pivots protruding from the back. I 'm using a silicon mat type dash mount, so I haven't tried the integral suction cup mount.
