QuestionIs any of these questions that have been ask been answered by someone that actually works for best-buy? Has the Tony Hawk collectors edition with deck pre-order already taken place and I have missed my opportunity to pay for one? Thank you.

- Answer I spoke with someone in the online chat and they just told me to keep checking the website to see when the pre-order is open,.I checked every morning and finally at 5a.m I was able to get a pre-order placed and confirmed.

QuestionWhy did sooo many of our EXPENSIVE SPECIAL COLLECTOR'S EDITION'S come in Damaged with the boxes thrashed & trashed along with someone already opening my specialy sealed box & then sealing it with fake "security" tape ???
