• Yes. The overall dimensions are 16 x 22. The legs are inset and thus smaller in each dimension.

• Th dimensions are 21 1/2” long by 16” wide, so I believe it will sit perfectly on a stand that size.

• The legs are actually 11” apart..I just measured them. They are not at the edge of the appliance...they are a few inches from the edge. You need a bigger cart in my opinion...I bought a nice one at Lowe’s for $200
