• No. Google Chrome is basically your only option on a Chromebook since it's basically just running a glorified Chrome browser. There are workarounds likely to get Firefox installed, but it's not as easy as going to the site and downloading it.

• Nope, it is a Chromebook so it's built around Chrome—you can't install outside browsers.
