There is an error in the Best Buy transaction processing software. I had the same problem when I tried to order this computer and I'm sure Best Buy is losing lots of sales due to this. Best Buy sent me an email asking me to complete my order when I could not complete the transaction online. I replied using a link in the email and was able to order this computer. Be persistent. Sorry, but I don't recall exactly how I managed to order it online, but after about 5-10 minutes of messing around I was able to get it done. It was worth it because the Best Buy price is very competitive.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. I kept checking the Best Buy site for days until I saw they had it available for shipping. I ordered it immediately and when I checked back later to order another one, it was unavailable again. No one seems to have this chromebook at all. Toshiba has it shipping on their site at the end of January. I would advise to check Best Buy periodically to see when it's available for shipping again.

Ship to store is available if the online department has them in stock and can ship them to the store. It does not look like this is available for the situation you described.
