Questionthe original remote is damaged, the universal remote I am using does not permit a lot of options is it true that I cannot add wi-fi , etc w/o the original remote? Also not pleased to be charged almost $40 for replacement remote. ANY ADVISE appreciated

QuestionI purchased this TV in Dec. 2018 for my bedroom. This TV has been on about 20 times since then and worked until 2 weeks ago. Suddenly the TV won't connect to the internet. AT ALL. I work in software and can't get it to connect. Reset TV and WiFi. Help?

QuestionI’ve spent two days trying to add the xfinity streaming app. Watched many YouTube videos but still no app. I click on the app but it never installs. Very frustrating roku was so user friendly. This tv may have to go!

QuestionI bought this 32 inch Toshiba on 12/31/2019 and on 2/29/20 it is malfunctioning in a major way. I turned it on today and the bottom 1/3rd of the screen is discolored, casts a double image and is flashing in various colors. It is not watchable. Any fixes?

- Answer Just connect your Satellite box and enable the Power On feature, for the TV to turn on displaying your channels. Go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.

QuestionI just bought this TV less than a month ago and I am finding it difficult to change the input directly from the TV. I can turn it on but any other pushing either does nothing or turns it off. What am doing incorrectly? Someone please help me. Thank you.

- Answer Press the home button on the tv remote; then locate which HDMI cord your cable, video game console etc is connected. For example, my cable box is connected to HDMI cord 1, so when I go to the home screen when the tv is first turned on, press the down button on the tv remote and select ‘HDMI 1’ and it should go to the cable. To go back to the tv’s home screen, press the home button and there you will see Netflix, Hulu, etc.
