QuestionI am using the headphones output on the TV to go to a sony home audio system. I'm trying to set it to permanently use "fixed" vs "variable" output, but I can't find where this is! I have to replug in the jack every time!!! Is there a way to fix this?

- Answer Use an optical cable to connect the tv to an audio system. Any other connection defeats the purpose.

- Answer No and the built in Chromecast does not stream in 4K. You will need a separate Chromecast Ultra to plug into a separate HDMI input for that.

- Answer Netflix should work but Amazon Primes movies as not supported. You would need to cast from laptop and use chrome browser to work on the TV via Google Cast. Look up Google Cast and the capable apps. There may be other options where you can use one oth apps to stream what's playing on your device. Kind of a bummer. Didn't realize that either but I already purchased a Fire Stick for 29 so that doesn't impact mex

QuestionI love the TV, picture sharpness best I have ever seen. But the TV turns itself on-only sound, no picture and turns off 10-20 seconds later. I unplugged the TV and plugged it in again to check for intermittent wall plug or power supply issues and it's OK

- Answer I measured just under 32 inches, or just under 810 mm, foot-to-foot. So a nice small footprint. About 3-1/2 inches / 90 mm overhang on either side.

QuestionWhy doesn't the product description include a Specifications page such as the refresh rate, number and type of ports. It looks like Best Buy doesn't want you to know the specs. You've got to dig through the "FAQs" and hope someone asked for the specs.

- Answer BestBuy descriptions are never detailed enough. I recommend looking on manufacturer website. Get the model number from bestbuy site or app and do a quick search on spec. And you can see reviews from other customers as well.
