A:AnswerI also have Uverse, which may not matter anyway, and I haven't been able to lower Alexa's volume without also lowering the TV's volume. I've tried using the Alexa smart phone app and selecting the TV device, but that didn't work either. I'm also interested in a solution.

A:AnswerI’ve had 3D TVs this is not one. The 3-D televisions I have had require a 3-D Blu-ray disc player or 3D broadcasting. At this time they don’t sell as far as I’m aware that many 3-D televisions anymore. The technology has been slowly taking away.
