Q: QuestionWith this TV, will I always need a smart phone to operate it? I was hoping the apps I want (Netflix, Youtube) could be installed onto the TV via the phone, and then use the remote control without a phone. Thanks

Q: QuestionMy TV picture randomly goes off but sound stays on. It can do it anywhere from 1 time an hour to 25 times an hour. If I turn off and back on the picture will appear. This is one of the most annoying things I have ever experienced with a TV. Please help.

Q: QuestionI am having trouble watching 4K streaming for Netflix, I thought maybe it’s because the built in chrome cast isn’t new enough. But it plays 4K on YouTube just fine. Is this a Netflix issue? Nothing 4K on Netflix plays at 4K just 1080p..?

Q: QuestionI have a problem where it gives out an open wifi channel and people can use it to access the internet. Even if i set it up, and reset my tv...it does the same thing. Is there a fix?

Q: QuestionMy TV won't power on. When I plug it in the red light comes on so it is getting power. When I push the "on" button the red light goes off but the screen remain dark and no sound. Some sources said to turn off for 3 minutes and restart. Does not work.
