Q: QuestionSomeone in one of the reviews said the built in chromecast wasn't in 4k resolution. Is that true? It didn't make sense that a 4k tv would come with 1080p chromecast built in.

• A:Answer The chromecast work with Internet connection if you're Internet it's slow then won't be 4k is like Netflix if you have a slow Internet your video will look bad. And if what you're seeing in the phone is not in 4k then you can't see it in 4k the TV reflect exactly what you have in the phone.

• A:Answer Roku has the apps already on the tv. Chromecast your phone is your remote. Download google home app and it gives you all the apps you can use. Once you download an app open it like you are going to watch it on your phone then hit the cast button and it connects to your wifi so none of your data is ever used. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer It should be in settings under display, however, if is like my 3D TV should be able to detect a 4k signal and change automatically. Ps. Unless you have the full 4k setup (DVD, DVD player , HDMI and TV or PS4/ XBOX/ cable service and TV) changing the resolution doesn't affect the input signal. In simple words you can't view a 720p DVD and expect 4k resolution, it doesn't work like that.

• A:Answer Yes, but unless you have a 4k channel broadcasting and a 4k cable box don't expect 4k resolution. In simple words you will view regular 720p and 1080p channels on a 4k TV , see the picture clear now?

Q: QuestionI'm seeing an audio delay in my TV when I pause movies and press play again. I've tried a few different things to fix this problem (putting it on game mode, etc.) Which have helped with the total lag time, but not resolved it. Any advice on how to fix it?

• A:Answer If the DVD is in 4k and DVD player is in 4k, you will need a good HDMI cable, none of those cheap $5 cables. 4k has more data to transfer. Two solution 1) buy a 4k HDMI cable 2) buy a digital audio cable (connect HDMI for video and Optical cable for audio )
