QuestionI purchased the TV about 2wks ago it appears that my Netflix has been deleted or moved, how do I find it or add it back on? Also where I was able to watch Netflix it's not connecting to my wifi I've entered all requesting data info & nothing

- Answer You should probably call the Geek Squad. All I did was enter the initial information at the online Netflix page and when I turned on my TV I had full access. There are also people at Netflix that will totally walk through the setup if you want to call.

QuestionI also have a 2nd gen echo i thought I could use that to control the tv as well. For example Alexa turn the tv on. But o cannot see how to add the tv to my list of Alexa devices and the echo plus will not discover it. Am II doing something wrong?

QuestionI rested the tv to factory setting and when it rebooted i can’t get past the page that says continue and store use the only button on the remote that works is the tun off and on button what can I do to fix this issue please.
