QuestionAfter installing my new TV I only have channel 2. I don't know how to get the other antenna channels. I think I need to do a scan but I have tried a number of things and so far nothing works. Still only channel 2. Suggestions?

QuestionSorry. I forgot to ask if I can cast from my Android Pixel 3 phone to this tv. Like if I'm watching a YouTube video on my phone can I cast it to the TV for all to see without having to open YouTube on the TV and searching for the video? Thanks again.

- Answer The Fire TV Edition television does not support Cast. You can connect a Chromecast device to the TV using HDMI. You can link your Smartphone to YouTube on your Fire TV Edition television. -Launch the YouTube app on your Fire TV Edition television -Go to Settings -Select Link TV and Phone screen -Follow the on-screen instructions Also you can download the Amazon Fire TV app on your Smartphone to control your Fire TV Edition television. Questioncan you hook this up to dish? Is it hard to hook up do I need the qeek squad to hook up I'm 70 and not too great with electronics. The stand I have is only 36" long will it hold this tv?

- Answer I'm sure the stand is fine although it will probably extend beyond on the sides, I hung mine on the wall. To hook up, take a picture of how it's connected currently to your old TV, then connect the new the same way, shouldn't be difficult

QuestionI'm unable to watch 4k streams from the FOXsports app. It looks fine for a minute or so and then gets a bunch of green vertical lines all over the picture and then is unwatchable. I need to disable the 4k on the TV but am unable to. Can anyone help me?

- Answer According to the Quick Setup Guide you need 4 "M5 35mm length" screws. I got a set of them from my local Lowes.

QuestionThe tv does not fit on our table with the leg mounts that come with the tv. can the little plastic piece on the bottom of the tv be used as a"mini mount" ? it seems to be holding up fine without the legs.

- Answer If your satellite box is connected and transmitting audio to the TV, then yes- whatever external speakers you hook up to the TV will play that sound through them, as with any other device connected and transmitting audio to something with speakers.
