Had same problem. Go to Source (cable company)
And select 1080 under tv resolution.Worked for me and what a Difference. 720 was selected on my set up not 1080

A:AnswerHave the store tech. take out Crome Cast and then with some time spent typing in the information of your DVR and a wired connection to the TV you are off and running.
A:AnswerI just bought one and set it up and as far as I know you use the Chromecast smart phone app to connect the TV to the internet and also to select online programming. At least that is how I set it up and I couldn't figure out any other way of doing it.
