Disappointed by the other answers' lack of detail on this one... Yes, but not as easily as with other streaming apps (Hulu, HBO Now/Go, Netflix, Starz, Youtube, Spotify, etc). This is not a limitation of Chromecast, it is a choice that was made by Amazon to not support Google's streaming devices (same reason Amazon doesn't allow people to sell Chromecasts on their website, they want people to get FireTV - annoying). The only means by which one may cast Amazon is to cast a tab from your browser on a computer, which will unfortunately limit the resolution to that of your laptop/desktop. That's a limitation that's worth considering when you're buying a 4K TV, so I figured it was important to mention that.
