• I disagree with the above answers. Which model LG, Vizio, Samsung and Sony are u comparing it to? Understanding this is an entry level 4k tv makes it just as competitive as the other brands entry level tv's and can be a better value depending on purchase price.

• Mine did same thing after only owning it for a year. It is a ginormous pile of garbage. I through mine off an 8 story building. The best picture I ever got! Garbage
