Poor internet connection signal, or low speeds will cause that. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal, and your internet connection is fast enough to handle the load.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Often times the resolution chosen that works on a phone is garbage on a TV. Try picking the best resolution possible for the video on your phone and then cast it to the TV. I discovered that fixed my similar issue.
