I had a grainy picture off/on when i watched satellite TV in cinema picture mode for awhile. I almost took back but reset TV and haven't had any problems with mine (knock on wood).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In first 2 days we came across random picture haziness and changed all settings from auto to custom it blur went away, try if it helps. Volume has no issues so far on my side.
