- Answer Go to settings then to applications, then go down to manage installed applications click it then go down to the app to your having a problem with and click force stop. Then click clear data and clear cache. It won’t delete anything trust me. It’ll just refresh your app.

QuestionBought this tv in Oct 2020 and it is terrible! Exchanged it for another and mostly the same issues. Several lines across the top of the screen, right side of the screen constantly flickers. Anyway to correct this or does it need to go in the trash?

QuestionPurchased this TV in October and now in December and present it keeps coming up saying remove apps due to storage?? Did that process and still keeps interrupting programs and saying to remove apps. We don't even have a lot of apps on it, any suggestions?
