• Yes they are built in. It is a smart TV. This is the second Toshiba I’ve bought because I liked the first one so much.

• TV has Netflix & Prime built in--no Fire Stick or Chrome needed to view. I'll assume the same goes for the rest of the apps--I don't have them.
