• I had the same question before I purchased just one hour ago. The short answer is features preloaded to the TV. I bought the 55A81OU21 because it has Disney+, Showtime, YouTube, and a few others already preloaded. The LF621U21 has 20 amp speakers compared to 10 amp on the other. Hope this helps.
