QuestionIs there a way to turn off 4K? I thought there would be options to lower the resolution or, preferably, not use 4K, but the display/picture settings are very limited.

- Answer Not to be a smarty pants, but why did you buy a 4K TV if you don't want 4K resolution? I have the same TV, but haven't used it much, as it's in our basement (which we are remodeling).

- Answer Yes (just plug it into any HDMI port on the back) but why? You already have a smart TV interface built into the TV: Amazon FireTV.

QuestionI purchased the Toshiba 65m550ku b/c it says 120hz to watch sports but when I check the resolution its 60hz auto and I can’t change it. That’s streaming on the fire tv and from my cable box. How do I get 120hz?

- Answer Yea Toshiba, why dont you answer this where everyone can see. Why is the TV advertised as 4K 120hz but everyone says it only does 4K 60hz ?

- Answer Big answer is NO!! Anything through HDMI will be 60 hertz. You can buy an adapter for your HDMI that will make it 120 HZ for your game system or systems. Check Amazon for the adapter.
