“I cannot for the life of me get this TV to turn off/on, adjust vol/mute with Alexa - echo dot or remote. I can change the input. Everything else says "TV does not support that." I have deactivated, factory reset, and talked with tech support. HELP!”

• To pair an Echo device, use the smartphone Alexa app, go Home > Menu > Settings > Video and TV > Fire TV and follow the on-screen instructions.
