QuestionHow do I attach a sound bar and surround sound system to this TV? Is the eARC an output?

- Answer Use optical cable if you want to use the hands free Alexa as you would an echo dot. Cause if you use HDMI then when tv is off there would be no sound and you wouldn't be able to hear Alexa. I learned this the first time I turned off the tv with sound bar connected to HDMI. Also have to disable standby or auto power off mode for sound bar so that it stays on 24/7.

QuestionAre there plans to fix the "Motion Processing" bug in the Amazon Fire OS? It turns itself back on everytime the tv is powered off and on again but the menu still shows it as "Off" Many users having this issue. Please address this and provide a answer.

- Answer I own 3 Toshiba "FIRE" TV's and I have never experienced the issue that you describe. Could it be TV Brand or model specific, I do not know, but I hope that I never experience this problem, as I like the FIRE OS for the simplicity to navigate it.

- Answer Cable box, yes. Their app no! Fire TV doesn't seem to carry the Spectrum app. ! If there is an issue with the cable to your house, then you could always just switch to the app.. You could connect a Roku and use the app that way, but I want it built into the Fire Tv apps...

QuestionI have the older one the 55 inch and the internal storage is 4.23 GB What is the internal on the 550 65 inch?? Should I have external storage to boost the memory as I seem to have issues with OANN loading very slow even I cleared the app cache on all.

QuestionFor those experiencing the not powering on issue, I may have a solution. Under " Display and Sounds " , then " Power Control " , I had the " last input " selection on. I rebooted then turned that feature to " home ". So far so good! Fingers crossed!

- Answer If streaming using the built in FireTV it supports 4k@120hz however it does not support it through the HDMI inputs so any device you connect wont support that

- Answer It is not advertised as such but there is HDMI 2.1 support on (1) of the HDMI ports. At least that’s the case on the 65” model.

Questioni bought and paid for the M550KU but got the M550OU. is the only difference the lack of subwoofer ? are speakers still 12W? How can i find the specs for the OU?

- Answer it does not have a subwoofer. the earlier models -did have the subwoofer (prior to 2022) I am actually looking for specs on the 65 M550 OU, since that seems to be the model number of the tv that Best Buy sent me.

- Answer Yes, Wide Color Gamut No, you need a TV with eARC output, and even then some do not allow you to get that level at all times.
