“i bought and paid for the M550KU but got the M550OU. is the only difference the lack of subwoofer ? are speakers still 12W? How can i find the specs for the OU?”

it does not have a subwoofer. the earlier models -did have the subwoofer (prior to 2022) I am actually looking for specs on the 65 M550 OU, since that seems to be the model number of the tv that Best Buy sent me.
