“Cant update to Windows 8.1 I couldnt update it to Windows 8.1 I go to microsoft.com and it redirects me to windows store . But there is no windows 8.1 update option. I read the instructions on microsoft.com "Why can't I find the update in the Store?" And did everything. But does not help, the same... What should I do?”

There may be Toshiba updates you need to do first. Run the Toshiba Service Station application (they "service station" from the Windows 8 start screen to find it), download, and install all the updates it recommends. Then perform all recommended Windows updates (type "Windows Updates" from the Windows 8 start screen to find that). Once the system if fully up to date, the Windows 8.1 update option should appear in the Windows store.
