Is this computer good for game design? null

I would not recommend for game design as it has a budget celeron cpu. In addition, it only has 1 slot for memory with a max memory of 8GB.

This is certainly not a gaming laptop, with only 4GB of RAM and a Celeron processor. Unless you're designing super simple small games with low graphics (think TicTacToe), you'll need something with a lot more processing power as well as more RAM. This laptop is for the casual user who might do email, light browsing, and uncomplicated office apps.
