I had the same problem when I first bought it but then I updated the driver and it worked fine after that. In the search box at the bottom left of your screen type 'device manager" and select the option "Device Manager/Control Panel" then go down to "Network Adapters" and click on the >, then RIGHT click on "broadcom 802.11 adapter" and select "update driver". After the driver has updated shutdown your computer and turn it back on again and the problem should be fixed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue and many others. Call support and the will remote connect to your PC to help fix the problem. I returned my Toshiba for a Surface 3 couldn't be any happier.
