This one will, I love that this might help a grandma :) I have a 4 year old daughter and this product comes with a few apps that are fun for her, like fingertaps, is like guitar hero or rockband only touch screen style, great for teaching motor skills/ timing, the other one I liked for her is that it had a touch screen coloring book app. Now back to your grandson, don't know how old he is but I'm 28 and my wife and I are musicians and video gamers, he could definitely game on this product.
