i5-5200U with 2.2ghz. I wasn't expecting much out of the graphics card, but it is performing much better than I expected.

Please try again later.Well I got advice from my ex-husband, who is a applications developer, about laptop requirements because I am hoping to get back in to the programming field after having been out for 15 years. He recommend the minimum of 8GB Ram and otherwise most all the hardware is the same. It's a matter of support with company you're comfortable with. You'll probably use flash drives and external USB. I didn't care for my last HP, so I went with this Toshiba. Just got a lesser model for my husband as well. good luck!

Check the internet for the problems Toshiba is having and their refusal to fix anything. Their warranty is basically worthless 90 per cent of the time.
