QuestionReally really detailed specsIs the internal hard drive replaceable with an SSD? sata 3? How many internal slots for ram and future upgrading? 1 or 2? what is the maximum RAM size and speed supported for this laptop? The 8800p processor can be from 15w to 35w. At what wattage does this laptop run it at? Can it switch from low wattage to high wattage when you plug it in?

- Answer 2 slots for ram and it can be switched with a SSD. It's 15w on batter, I'm unsure when plugged it, will need to test. If it is locked though there's hope it may be unlocked by 3rd party apps, there's someone who's done in it on the HP model with this processor.

QuestionStart up ProblemsI started the computer per instructions, but now all I see is an empty blue screen. If I touch the screen I get concentric circles or a box, but nothing else happens. I have a Toshiba Satellite Radius 14.

- Answer I've had this a couple of times; it was the display driver. I could tell that windows was there, because I got the concentric circles touch screen feedback, and the cursor worked. After several minutes it recovered. IF that doesn't happen you'll just have to force the power off (hold in the power button for a few seconds) and try again. Worst case is a full Windows reset, quite painful.

QuestionWhat is the max TDP for this laptops processor the amd fx-8800p?In other world what's its max power consumtion/ what is it limited to? Does the power consumtion (TDP) change when you plug it in or does it change while playing a game? also would it be better than the hp envy with this processor (m6-p113dx)?

- Answer Max TDP is 15W. Memory is single-channel so integrated graphics performance is decidedly sub-par. Not sure about the Envy.

QuestionIs the chassis and outer cover made of plastic or metal?A different model of a Toshiba Satellite Radius I've seen with a 15.6" screen and a brushed metal finish looked like it was made of sturdy metal or aluminum. And this model with the brushed black finish looks like it's made of plastic. I'm shopping for a new laptop right now and this is a big deciding factor for me because I do not want to buy one made of plastic.

- Answer No it is a quadcore of 2,1 ghz at normal speed, the overclocking speed is 3,4 ghz.

- Answer Yes, you must remove the bottom cover which is all one piece, there's 2 slots which house currently 1600mhz 4gb sticks.
