“Black screen Hi, I tried setting up my new laptop and while it was performing updates, the screen went blank. I can move the mouse but the screen is black. I've turned it off and on but it's the same. What do I need to do? Shall I return it? Thanks.”

That is what happened to me I just returned it and went a different way. You do not want a lap top that has issues right out of the box...

I was told that updating from Win 7 to Win 10 has been a problem, even for the Geek Squad! I would return it for a new one.....
