- Answer "No contract" means exactly that. You are not bound to have service and you can start or discontinue and restart at any time. You will need to buy airtime or a monthly service plan to connect to the network, otherwise the phone (if it is a smartphone) can only be used for Emergency 911 and can connect to WiFi and become a glorified (albeit much cheaper) iPod. - Answer Yes. You need to "port" the number. You will have to call customer service at Verizon or you can do it online, make sure you have your account number and information from your AT&T account available, as well as a PIN or Passcode if there is one on your account. Hope this helps.

- Answer Any place that sells batteries- like Interstate battery company also you can go to the online company that sells your phone product. Only problem is that it's cheaper to just buy a new phone. the coast of a battery for my phone is 3X higher that buying a new phone
