Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it's like my model, it's a prepaid phone and there are prepaid cards available where you purchased the phone but also at several retailers. My son and I both have this phone and we bought the phone and the prepaid cards from Best Buy. There's a code on the prepaid card and you call the Verizon number on the card to add minutes. You can also pay from a landline or your cell phone.
