Is it works in India with Indian networks null

Yes it works perfectly in India if you buy unlocked phone.

Being a Verizon prepaid phone, I am sure it doesn't have SIM card slot so you won't be able to unlock it. However you can use it over Wi-Fi for youtube, facebook etc..
