- Answer Yes, this pack has pass-thru charging. I tested by connecting to the USB-C to charge the pack, then connecting 3 devices to the 3 USB ports. Of course the time required to charge the pack AND the devices is determined by the incoming and outgoing wattage's.

- Answer Contrary to the answer provided by digipower, this charger does NOT provide the Super Fast Charging supported by Samsung Smartphones. Neither does their Solar charged unit. I know this because I purchased both devices and actually tested them, unlike digipower. If digipower can prove me wrong, please let me know. Based on their previous answer, I suspect they are not familiar with Samsung's Super Fast Charging rate. Otherwise, their answer was intentionally misleading. Too bad Best Buy's 15-day return window is too short to accommodate delayed answers.
