If the F-Type wall plate has an active Internet connection from your provider, yes, you can run a coaxial cable between it and the Archer CR700, then activate the gateway with your ISP. If your smart TV has WiFi connectivity, you can easily connect it to the Archer CR700 using the WiFi name and password you set during installation. Regards, TP-Link Support
