  • QuestionDoes the router work with Frontier ISP?

    Asked by Map.

    • Answer The ISP is less important then how that ISP connects to a router. As long as you have a compatible ONT or Modem for your service and service type, and that device connects to a router via Ethernet you should have no concerns with it working with our product.

  • QuestionWhat the coverage for this device in square footage?

    Asked by Bryan.

    • Answer Beamforming technology and four high-gain antennas focus signal strength towards your devices for strong, reliable Wi-Fi throughout your home. That being said, Wi-Fi coverage will depend on numerous variables, including, but not limited to: - Placement of the router (central location is typically ideal) - Physical obstructions between the router and your devices (e.g. walls, etc.) - Distance between the router and your devices - Which Wi-Fi band you are connecting to (2.4GHz vs. 5GHz)

  • QuestionI have a tight room situation and my provider (astound) currently provides me with a combined router/modem. I wiould like to buy a combined one. Is there a good combo one?

    Asked by Jimmy.

    • Answer Hi Jimmy, the TP-Link Archer AX3000 Pro is not a modem + router combination gateway. Depending on your Internet provider, this router would need to be used together with a separate modem or Internet source device.

  • QuestionDoes this provide an Internet connection for my TV to function on? I currently do not have Internet connection.

    Asked by Internetconnection.

    • Answer No, an Internet connection must be subscribed to through an Internet Service Provider in your area. The router then connects to the subscribed Internet source via Ethernet cable, and provides your home with Wi-Fi connectivity.
